Apology for Martin

Post by Nightjar on Wed 21 Oct 2015, 6:18 am

Martin, I apologise for copying and posting the LE diatribe which led to you being abused.
However I felt the public were entitled to know what a charlatan this man is and I should have posted it separately.
In respect for the Kehlet family please remove my post?

Cheers
Peter

There are times where Admin need to be made aware of certain types of characters before we learn the hard way.
I hope I can speak for Martin and Pete (the crazy one Very Happy ) when I say, if you see or know of some hard case getting in here that will cause trouble, let us know.
Forewarned is forearmed. I realise that sounds a bit tough, but that's the way it is.
My deep gratitude to the Forum Admin and members.

Cheers
Cliff

It appears he wasn't there or camped elsewhere and maybe just as well.
We had a good crew at the muster.
Except for Ph** who stirred up Bob one morning   That was funny.

We had a fab time and enjoyed the company of all that attended, especially Phil and Gail and their lovely surprise and Phil's chaining. Have to get one up on him next muster. Ha. Cheers Bignuggs for reminding me. Have to get my thinking cap on! Bob

We got a bit off topic with this thread.
But I can say this, I wish I had my camcorder going when Ph** did the wake up call

There was a bloke camped accross the paddock from the camp, behind the old wrecked car and an old hopper. His name was Eddie, in his 70's and very fit, didn't mind stopping for a yarn. Seemed a nice enough bloke.

We agree Cliff.  What a sense of humour.

What is LE?

Edit. Lucky Eddie. For some reason I thought he called himself steady Eddie. But yes it is him. Eddie from Quinns is 70 next birthday. He also told us about his find that he has hidden and is applying for permission to dig.

G'd day Peter.
Just to clarify the situation: I am Steady Eddie, 69 years, and have been living on the road since 2003. I am the chap camped near the old car wreck and hopper in an Ultimate Camper at Quinns. I spent last summer in Albany, and intend to remain here in Kalgoorlie, in a caravan park, until the new season, as I still have a little detecting job around here. Hope to have cleared the air.
  Cheers, Steady Eddie:D
